As some of you may have found, our online registration system was experiencing problems over the weekend. Fa’afetai lava (thank you) to those who emailed in to let us know that the system was down, our IT whizzes have now fixed the glitch.
We’re less than a hundred days away from the start of the 9th Pacific Islands Conference on Nature Conservation and Protected Areas, and preparations are well on their way to making this yet another memorable event for biodiversity conservation in the region. In coming updates we will feature conference presenters, conference organised events and other important information to assist with your preparations for the conference but, for now, we are pleased to announce that the registration period has been extended so hurry and get your registrations in!
A number of people and organisations have requested an extension of the registration deadline to secure the necessary funds to attend this important conference. To ensure sufficient time to confirm and facilitate preparations for your attendance, we are extending the registration period until31st October. To assist us with logistical planning, please register as early as possible.
We have also added a downloadable registration form (MS Word document) for those who are having problems with the online registration form. We will manually enter your details and you will receive an automated email confirming your registration for the conference.

Payment of Registration Fees
In line with the extension to the registration period, the due date for conference registration fees has also been extended. Payment of registration fees is now due by31st October and can be completed through a direct bank transfer. Bank account details are on the registration page of the conference website.
If you are unable to complete the registration fee payment by the 31st October, or are unable to make a bank transfer, please contact us to arrange alternative payment options.
