Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Year 13 or Diploma
Special Business Education: Disaster OR Disasters and Climate- Change OR Environmental Studies OR related field OR relevant work experience.
Experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience working in an emergency or disaster related field in Vanuatu
Special Skills: Valid, current Driver’s License an advantage; Basic Computer Skills (word suite) Planning skills, Negotiation skills, liaisons skills and report writing.
Thinking Style: Pragmatic, realistic, innovative, reliable, Honest and Hardworking.
Communication and Interpersonal skills: Negotiator, Problem solving/resolution skills, Report writing skills, Responsive & positive in difficult situations
