Project Implementation Support Officer

(FOR SAMOAN NATIONALS AND PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY)

The PISO serves to:

• Provide technical and administrative support to the PCU in coordinating and carrying out SPREP oversight (ensuring implementation, monitoring and reporting milestones are met) of the SPREP project portfolio, particularly for GCF and AF projects for which SPREP is the Implementing Entity.

Project Development Specialist - Climate Resilience and Adaptation

The PDS-CRA exists to:

• Support PICs in the identification, development and design of priority (adaptation) projects for funding primarily through the AF and GCF
• Provide oversight of monitoring and reporting of approved projects to meet AF and GCF funding requirements and obligations  

Project Development Specialist - Climate Change Mitigation

The PDS-CCM serves to:

• Support PICs in the identification, development and design of priority (mitigation) projects for funding primarily through the GCF
• Provide oversight of monitoring and reporting of approved projects to meet GCF funding requirements and obligations
