SPREP Climate Finance Navigator and Adaptation Planning Tool (Online)

SPREP hosts the Pacific Climate Change Portal (PCCP). The PCCP aims to ensure that climate change information, data and tools produced by regional and national institutions are available and easily accessible throughout the Pacific.The PCCP has been upgraded in recent months, including the creation of the following two new tools:  Climate Finance Navigator - a tool designed to assist countries and communities in accessing climate finance across the Pacific.Adaptation Planning Tool - designed to provide an easy to follow guide for project scoping and planning for climate change adaptation.
