Invitation to the UNFCCC Suva expert dialogue on 2–3 May 2018, Bonn, Germany.

Dear Climate-L readers,

Country delegates, experts and representatives from relevant observer organizations are invited to register for the Suva expert dialogue, which will take place on 2–3 May 2018, during the Climate Change Conference in Bonn, Germany. Please note that the participants to the Suva expert dialogue are required to have official access to the World Conference Centre.

This open dialogue will explore a wide range of information, inputs and views on ways for facilitating the mobilization and securing of expertise, and enhancement of support, including finance, technology and capacity-building, for averting, minimizing and addressing loss and damage associated with the adverse effects of climate change, including extreme weather events and slow onset events.
