CEPF is a joint initiative of l'Agence Française de Développement, Conservation International, the European Union, the Global Environment Facility, the Government of Japan, the MacArthur Foundation and the World Bank.
There will be a Participatory Media and Environmental Communication Storian this Friday from 3-4pm organized by VCAN. We are fortunate to have at the moment, in the country an Academic Researcher in Participatory Media & Environmental background from Macquire University, Sydney, namely Usha Harris (Ms) who is happy to give a brief talk and conduct a demo on Participatory Media.

International Day for Disaster Reduction, held every 13 October, celebrates how people and communities around the world are reducing their exposure to disasters and raising awareness about the importance of reining in the risks that they face.
