         --  Efate, Vanuatu                         (+) Bleaching Watch

 (+) and (-): indicating increase or decrease in bleaching thermal stress
              level at a station from its previous stress level.

  Current stress levels and alerts for CRW Virtual Stations can be viewed at:

  See below for detailed alert information for the stations listed above.

  Note: An alert is issued only when a station experiences a change in
  thermal stress level. For more information, see the description at the
  the end of this message.

  A complete list of the available CRW Virtual Stations can be viewed at:

Note: A bleaching alert for a Coral Reef Watch Virtual Station is generated
      only when there is a change in the alert level at that station.

Definitions of Alert Levels:
--No Stress:     No thermal stress (HotSpot <= 0)
--Watch:         Low-level thermal stress (0 < HotSpot < 1)
--Warning:       Thermal stress is accumulating (HotSpot >= 1 and 0 < DHW < 4)
--Alert Level 1: Bleaching expected (HotSpot >= 1 and 4 <= DHW < 8)
--Alert Level 2: Significant bleaching expected (HotSpot >= 1 and DHW >= 8)

A (+) or (-) in the subject line indicates an increase or decrease in the
thermal stress level from the previous alert issued for this station. The most
recent thermal stress levels issued for a station are included as reference.
