The terms “DRR” and “DRM” (Disaster Risk Reduction and Disaster Risk Management) are often used interchangeably. In this seminar, Vanuatu Humanitarian Team Coordinators Jennifer Worthington and Paolo Malatu describe both terms and give examples of what they mean, how they work, and how they apply to the work of the NDMO, VHT and other agencies.
This presentation is useful for any organisation or staff member working in disaster preparedness, risk reduction and response activities.
