NAB BLUE CARBON PROJECT PROJECT BRIEFING

Dear Members of the NAB,
Last year many of you may have been engaged in NACCC/NAB discussions
relating to a Oceans Governance Policy with the support of the Commonwealth
Secretariat (CS). As part of the same initiative, the CS will be conducting
a feasability study to look at Blue Carbon opportunities in Vanuatu this
month.

By way of this email we are inviting you all to a morning meeting tomorrow
Wednesday 6th Feb to commence discussions with the CS prior to field visits
by the CS and key agencies.

The meeting details are as follows;
