Please find attached the minutes from the first governance group meeting and the TOR.
The suggested agenda for this meeting to be:
VHT funding options post June –updates from agencies.
ECHO mission – planning for the delegation and content for the June workshop
ECHO Team will arrive to Port Vila on 12th June and starting the monitoring of DIPECHO funded projects
· On 21st or 22d, return to Port Vila
· Workshop to take place on 23 and 24th June
VHT phase 3 design – VHT member and NDMO feedback
We have made some progress since the last meeting but we are still gathering feedback on the VHT phase 3 design and request we postpone the VGG meeting till next week.
