In preparation for next week’s meeting
Please find attached the updated document.
The following feedback from the last meeting was noted below:
· MOU’s –if required are to be the responsibility of an agency with the CDC and cannot be standardised as there are often more than one project happening in the community with that agency. However, as a minimum, still have the CDC roles and responsibilities and contact list/ communication tree as a common document in the work we have with CDCs
· The Communications tree and registration lists will be merged into one document and signed by CDC and NDMO and Area Secretary
· Agencies that don’t have a CDC in place, as a minimum, to train beneficiaries in the 1st community assessment form and the 166 communication tool so in the event of a disaster- communities can still report information.
