Please find attached your invitation letter and agenda for a half-day stakeholders workshop/meeting planned for next Wednesday 22 October at the VMGD conference room at Nambatu Area.
We will appreciate your presence and invite you to an initial discussions around data sharing and information management in Vanuatu. This is an initiative from Griffith University in collaboration with SPREP piloting in three member countries (Fiji, Tonga and Vanuatu).
Further details of this half day workshop is in the invite letter attached. We will send a separate invitation to those organisations we are requesting to provide a brief presentation on the day.
We appreciate if you could nominate an alternate responsible officer to represent your organisations if you are unable to attend.
