Dear VCAN/VHT members,
The Ministry of Climate change has now released its latest version of the Draft CCDRR policy for public consultation.
Please find attached draft policy version, an invite for feedback from public including CSO, an outline on the role of the NAB memberships and role and a conceptual framework of the policy.
The government requires additional feedback on this policy by Friday 13th Feb 2015.
We have come a long way in influencing the development of this policy, therefore will continue to engage in this process. We are inviting everyone from our networks to attend a half day session on Tuesday 10th Feb 2015 from 9am @Oxfam to provide additional feedback before it goes for validation later on this month.
Please read the draft attached and come with your comments to the meeting next week. Should you not be able to attend, please feel free to provide written feedback to me via email.
