HEADS OF AGENCY MEETING.

This is a reminder for the Heads of Agency Meeting on Thursday, 17th November 2016 from 10 am to 12 noon at Oxfam’s Office.

We have added another agenda on ‘Cash feasibility study’ and remove ‘DLA Presentation’ as they will not be available to make their presentation.

• Hence, the updated agenda is as follows: Country Preparedness packages (CPP)
• Cyclone preparedness (agency mapping, contingency stock and contingency plan, etc.)
• Shared warehouse (log cluster will lead the discussion)
• Cash feasibility study in Vanuatu- WFP/Oxfam
• Other Business

   Any last minute item that you have will be discussed under other business.
