Halo olgeta

A meeting will be held on Tuesday morning (9am - 11.30am) with morning tea provided at the staff room on the USP campus (Emalus) to discuss the EU-PacTVET project.

The objective is to finalise the decision for the application of the funds (approximately 100,000 Euro) in Vanuatu in alignment with the PacTVET objectives to advance the technical skills and knowledge in Resilience (CCA & DRR) and Sustainable Energy.

I know there have been many discussions since the Training Needs and Gap Analysis was conducted in 2015 however due to the financing clause in the donor agreement (D+3) we must now make a final decision or these funds will be lost.

I have taken on the role of Eu-PacTVET project coordinator for Vanuatu (in place of Nixon Kua) and am to date with all previous discussions on the EU-PacTVET project.

There are a range of options to apply these limited funds.

I look forward to the discussion and hope if you are unable to attend you may be able to send a representative to ensure your views on the matter are heard.

Charles could you please forward this email to Sam, Silas, Jack and others who have a stakeholder interest in this project.  Tank yutumas

Cheers

Tess
