Songdo, 23 October 2017 – The Green Climate Fund has signed a funding agreement with the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) improving Pacific islands’ ability to deal with climate-induced disasters.
(Nadi, Fiji) Climate Change and Finance government representatives from eight Pacific Island countries meet this week to discuss climate change finance. These discussions have the overarching goal to assist the present countries with accessing climate change funds.
The Economics of Climate Change Adaptation programme was launched by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Adapt Asia-Pacific Project, the Asian Development Bank, the Global Water Partnership and the Yale Universi
