The sole purpose of this meeting is to bring at the same table all the key players during a cyclone emergency and review the roles and responsibilities each targeted organisation has to perform if a cyclone happened to strike Vanuatu in the near future.
Below is the PDF version of the DRAFT Cyclone Support Plan along with Annex C on a separate document. Please go through the annex C document and add extra roles and responsibilities under your organisation and do send back the annex C document along with your additional inputs by Wednesday 2nd November 2016 at 3:00 pm COB to Zoe Ayong on zayong@vanuatu.gov.vu
We will review the annex C together on Thursday 3rd November 2016 at the NDMO EOC.
You will be asked to give a brief update on your contingency planning for this cyclone season.
